Celebrity makeup artist Kira Nasrat has worked with everyone from Jessica Alba to Olivia Culpo to Lea Michele. (Alba, by the way, recently entrusted Nasrat with creating the 1980s makeup look she wore to her star-studded 36th birthday bash, if that tells you anything about her level of creativity and expertise). The beauty looks she creates range anywhere from subtle to dramatic, but they're always—without a doubt—completely modern and fresh. Here she shares five beauty products that she's currently obsessing over.

You might be surprised to learn that three out of her five must-haves are skincare-related, rather than makeup-related. "I'm such a skincare person," she says. "Skincare is something I'm very passionate about." From a celebrity facialist's retinol serum to pH-balancing cleansing wipes and an exfoliating moisturizer, these products demonstrate just how much she knows her stuff. But don't worry, she also has a couple of expert makeup recommendations, too—navy blue eyeliner and a cult-classic concealer, to be specific.
